GRATITUDE and ATTITUDE will get you EVERYWHERE. It goes along without saying that these two words will ALWAYS prevail in EVERY situation, even if you don’t see it at the moment. Especially in an industry where your ATTITUDE is so profound that one slight bit of arrogance in an audition, snide remark in the halls BEFORE an audition, or rude remark about anyone you audition for will hurt (if not completely destroy) your chances of ever being seen by those same people again and quite possibly have that info trickle down to other Producers, Directors and Casting Directors.  So, keep it in check.

Now… GRATITUDE should be shown daily. Show it when someone opens a door for you, shows you courtesy or….. Gives you an AUDITION! Yes, it’s something to be grateful for, because they could have chosen A LOT of other people, but they chose YOU! So, let them know you APPRECIATE the opportunity. Even if they don’t remember your performance, or even call you back for THAT particular project… Chances are they will remember your show of GRATITUDE and your stand-out ATTITUDE. So, show them both. You won’t be sorry.
