The process I am going to share with you is a self-awareness process, which leads to a more malleable more receptive instrument. The quicker you can identify the personal blockages that are manifested by external and internal triggers …the quicker you can own the success that is your right as an actor.
Your spirit, mind, and body - these are the tools/instruments you are working with as an actor. So, if you have blockages which are impeding your from fully realizing moments of truth in the work that make for a great performance…a great audition…you need a spirit, mind, body technique which make those obstacles nothing more than a distant memory.
Your mind is so powerful. We will reference the emerging research on the neuroplasticity of mind – a field of study that affirms that we have the ability to alter the structure and function of our brains, which then allows us to alter our daily lives. We will employ ancient (yoga, pranayama breathing, affirmations, mantras) and modern techniques (The Feldenkrais method, creative visualization, etc.) with one aim – to recharge your mind, and reignite your brilliant create energy.
This process involves learning and adopting a series of daily exercises designed to change your mind, and therefore your career. Change your mind, and therefore change your approach to acting. Change your mind, and therefore change your life.
Success requires a few key ingredients – desire, love, and faith. If you have a burning desire to change your life; if you have a deep-seated love of the craft; and if you have faith that you were born to touch the hearts and minds of people – then you have the most elemental characteristics to change your life and your career with my guidance.

The first time she showed up to run her group with our kids she was ready for action. The kids that we house are emotionally disturbed youth. They are often the worst of the worst and have been in the system for years, with nowhere left to turn or go. She taught the kids about Greek tragedy and classical Shakespeare and eventually incorporated contemporary scenes that the kids could relate to. Dramatic projects include USC Masters Thesis "THE DEADLIGHT" and Chapman Graduate thesis film "THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD."

After completion of my international study in “FILM, TELEVISION and CONSCIOUSNESS” with the INTERNATIONAL HONORS PROGRAM that was affiliated with HARVARD UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT OF CINEMA and Dr. Stanley Cavell, I published my report of “CONSCIOUSNESS AND AGING” with the KALTENBORN FOUNDATION who had awarded me a grant to study aging and consciousness around the world as it was reflected in the theatre and film of England, Italy, China, Japan, Thailand and HongKong.
Appearance as “Janice” on Fox Television’s “FLYING BLIND” and “WILD OATS” in 1992.
I starred in John O’Keefe’s play “DISGRACE” at the PADUA FESTIVAL created by Sam Shephard in 1992. I transferred and produced “DISGRACE” in Hollywood in 1992 and was awarded 5 DRAMALOGUE AWARDS.

He formulated the high energy R&B/Rock 12pc show group Ed Fogell’s Cabaret which today can be found all over the net. The group toured all thru the US and globally doing concerts in Hawaii, Japan, Korea, China etc. opening up in concert for many big name artists, such as The Oak Ridge Boys, The Jacksons, Donna Summers, Frank Sinatra Jr, Frank Fountaine, Barbara McNair and more.
As a student of the arts, he has attended such renowned institutions as The Ted Liss School Of Drama,/Chicago, Victory Gardens/Chicago, Act One Studios/Chicago, CES/Los Angeles, Michael Shurtleff/New York, Gary Sherman/LA, David Perry/UK, Geoffrey Connors/UK, to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) London.
Appeared in many stage productions such as McCleod in “Detrective Story, Bill Warren in “California Suite”, “Lt Weinberg in”, “A Few Good Men”:, “Jude Frye” in “Oklahoma” “Wood” in “Otherwise Engaged”, etc.
Some of you out there, that have been in the Industrial, audio/visual markets for any length of time, probably already know Edward Dennis Fogell, or at least have seen him in many in-house produced films for the Motorola Corp, Sears, RCA, National Safety Council, Kelloggs, Sagnaw Machine Systems, to name a few.
Some television credits include the NBC soap opera "Generations", "Lady Blue", "Crime Stories", "Unsolved Mysteries", “The Ghost of the Red Lion”, “Pinwheel”, and feature films like “Blood on the Plain”, "Time Was", the Chicago International Film Festival. Edward has won a Silver Hugo Award and a Telly award
Directed many theatre productions, features & made-for-television films, including "Paradise Lost, Paradise Found". Produced, directed and performed in many musical variety shows through out the United States, which include the "Arie Crown Theatre," "The Park West " and "Civic Opera House" in Chicago and on the international set, musical show revue in Hawaii, Japan, Korea and the Republic Of China. Not to long ago, returned from LA after shooting the TV pilot "The Cadets". Ed is known for wearing many hats, such as being the artistic Director and founder of the Chicago Actors Studio, President of Silver Screen Services and Complete Video Services & Film Productions. With all he has going at any given time, it’s difficult to understand how he makes time to star in “The Ride 2 Saigons’”, shooting next summer 2015 in Viet Nam, many commercial to include a recent Carnival Cruise commercial, the many plays he produces and directs at his school and now starring in the Eric Neal thriller, “Angle of Incedence”, scheduled to shoot next Spring. By the way, this is the second time that he has had the pleasure of working with Eric. Only a couple of years ago, Ed protrayed the mob figure “Magnani” in Mr. Neal’s webseries “The Green Hornet”. Those closest to Ed, describe him as an outward giving individual and a, "very unique individual who is different to many but yet the same to everyone".

I have had recurring roles on the TV series' Blue Mountain State, Big Wolf on Campus and Prank Patrol. Other TV work includes The Reagans, Lassie, Inheriting Trouble, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, The Audrey Hepburn Story, Largo Winch, Fortier, Gleason, Vampire High, The Jackie O. Story, Radio Active, Fries With That? and A Diva’s Christmas Carol .
I was a founding member as well as the Artistic Director of one of Canada's longest running improv troupes, On The Spot Improv. I was also a member of the sketch comedy troupe The Vestibules, who were well known to Canadian TV and radio audiences. I have made 11 appearances at Montreal's Just for Laughs Comedy Festival.
