To deliver AWESOMEness, you must do something to stand out, which means we must stay innovative. Actors who do good work typically blends with the rest. Actors who do extraordinary and unexpected work will stand out. We must be extraordinary in all that we do, going above what is expected. Nothing is more AWESOME than knowing we are going above the call of duty to help our members gain success.

3. Humility

It's very important for us to treat people how we want to be treated. We know it is okay to feel good about our individual successes, while never boasting, talking down, or making any team member feel invisible. What everyone has to say is important and worth hearing. Constant evaluation of ourselves, remaining teachable, considering the potential for improvement. Knowing that we are not perfect and will make mistakes, helps us to move forward fearlessly.

4. Family

We really are a family. That family includes our students and employees. We care for each other and have an honest relationship with open communication. Trusting people may be difficult, but once the trust is earned, we can truly achieve more and have a long lasting relationship. Just like a biological family, we have each other’s back!
